What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through constantly varied workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, which does not specialize in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. But most important of all...CrossFit is a community where everyone is part of the global CrossFit family.
